Job Title: General Affairs

Working Arrangement: On-site
Information about the role:
Maintain office facility and assets: liaise with building management, make sure the environment promotes productive work, neat, tidy, and clean all the time, record all the office assets, routine office facility checking, and office renovation.
Key Responsibility
  • Responsible for the procurement of office supplies and equipment
  • Manage routine payments and purchases
  • Oversee maintenance of all office assets
  • Supervise office staff (e.g., Office Boys)
  • Prepare General Affairs reports (asset data, GA purchases, etc.)
  • Assist in obtaining necessary permits and maintaining good relationships with external parties
  • Safeguard company documents
  • Capable of and knowledgeable in maintaining office assets, including devices, laptops, and other equipment

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with external parties
  • Open for fresh graduate with engineering / IT background.
  • Unmarried (depending on company policy)
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to maintain and manage office assets (devices like computers, printers, etc.)
  • General administrative skills (filing, record-keeping, office supplies)
  • Basic IT knowledge for troubleshooting office devices
  • Vendor management experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills for office-related issues
