Job Title: Product Support & Sysadmin

Information about the role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions, supporting ongoing system operations, and ensuring seamless project implementations.

Key Responsibility

  • Create and edit client programs in the back office dashboard.
  • Test programs to ensure there are no mistakes.
  • Gather program requirements from the project management team.
  • Handle client program change requests.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to meet client needs.
  • Ensure all incoming requests are processed within SLA.
  • Ensure catalogs and programs meet the required specifications.
  • Minimize errors in all program-related activities.
  • Ensure smooth program processes according to client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable local or overseas universities in Technology, Engineering, or Business (Open to Fresh Graduates).
  • Minimum GPA of 3.30 out of 4.0.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other relevant tools.
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
