Information about the role: 
The Head of People plays a key role in shaping and driving the company’s people strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. They oversee the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to development, engagement, and retention. Collaborating with the executive team, they ensure human capital supports business growth and sustainability, while promoting a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and high performance.

Key Responsibility

  • Advise, counsel, and influence the business leadership team in executing HR strategies to support business needs.
  • Drive organizational transformation and change management in ways that are acceptable to all stakeholders.
  • Lead key HR functions, including talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits (total rewards), organizational development, employer branding, recruitment, and compliance management, ensuring smooth business operations.
  • Enhance the end-to-end employee experience.
  • Provide insights and data to department leaders regarding employee performance.
  • Advise on improvements related to HR and business initiatives, particularly those affecting HR operations.
  • Lead the performance management and talent management processes.
  • Oversee and drive initiatives across the HR team.
  • Manage employee regulations and administration, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Hands-on involvement in HR activities and the supervision of others to ensure the effective execution of HR strategies across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, including roles in people management across various HR functions such as HR Business Partner (HRBP), Recruitment, Performance/Rewards, Talent Management, Employee/Industrial Relations (ER/IR), and Organizational Development.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management, addressing complex strategic HR issues such as talent management, organizational design/development, change management, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Proven track record in developing HR strategies and driving change to support business results and execute key initiatives.
  • Exceptional relationship management and project management skills, with the ability to build strong interpersonal alliances at all levels.
  • Deep technical HR expertise, with the ability to influence using a combination of HR knowledge, business acumen, and relationship skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and integrity; a solid team player.
  • Ability to achieve results quickly in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with multiple competing priorities.
